Dave and I stayed in an elegant Ryokan in Kyoto. We went to the Onsen, which are traditional japanese baths (read about it in my blog and journal.)

	Dave as a Samurai ninja. Lovin' his Yakatori (robe). Gettin ready for the onsen (he's a little modest).
	We ate a traditional Japanese dinner. Followed by sleeping on the traditional futons on the tatami-mat floor, followed by a traditional Japanese breakfast (fish, veggies, some weird stuff and what looked like congee (mushy rice porridge).
	We ate the Kyoto specialty, Shabu-Shabu (kind of like beef fondue).
	There was also tempura (my favourite) and some fancy sushi and soup and veggies and unknown things...
