My German friend that I met in the Blue Mountains, Australia.

After talking to her in my hostel room in the Katoomba YHA, we quickly made plans to get together later. She showed me her pictures and we chatted about life while drinking tea oversized chairs in front of a roaring fire.

She is very direct, stubborn, and doesn't put up with crap. She is thoughtful (note my birthday) but not sappy.

She loves food and wine. She taught me much about good wine. And drinking it. A lot.
